tiny elevator early wake-up calls
The elevator was an adventure. It was so tiny, it barely fit one person and a small bag. I hope you like sardines. The staff opened my door every morning around 8 AM despite the do not disturb sign. So much for sleeping in.

I found the decor very beautiful. It created a wonderful atmosphere. The staff was nice. They were always ready to help. My room always smelled so good. It was very clean too. I appreciated that the area was quiet. This helped me relax after long days.
I noticed the elevator was small! It barely fit one person and a small suitcase.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a wide variety of options. The room was clean and the bed (i slept like a log) was comfortable.
The internet was mostly unusable. The phone in the room did not work. The tv was also almost unusable.

really good hospitality friendly desk clerks superb accommodations
I enjoyed the friendly desk clerks, including rj, frons, and paul. They gave me really good hospitality. they answered all my questions and helped me catch the rail and bus lines. my accommodations in room number 17 were superb! i hope to get the same room next time.
the tv had only two english-speaking channels! i wish there were more.

Really good Boutique Hotel Experience
really good hospitality transportation assistance nice stay
The staff demonstrated really good hospitality. The clerks addressed all my questions and helped with navigating transportation. I especially appreciated their assistance with the rail and bus lines. My accommodations were superb.
The television provided only two English-speaking channels. Providing guest access to the internet would also be helpful. I think improvements in this area would enhance the guest experience.
